The warm weather seems to have settle in here. Too hot for my liking, and as I was sitting in my room, getting my toes ready for the summer, I thought maybe a colourful post about what I’ve been eating lately, would be in tone with the weather.
Few weeks ago, I’ve bought a blender because I noticed I was not eating as much fresh fruits and veggie as I wanted.
It was still cold then, I was in the mood for carbs, fatty things and warm things so I figured Smoothies would balance all of that nicely.
I’ve also started going to the gym more often because exercise(link to something about exercise) keeps me sane. At the moment, I’m having a smoothie every day. I find it helps with my digestion and with my mood too. It makes me happy to taste goodness in a glass.
I like to keep my fridge food of freshness. Watermelons are in season here and they taste amazing.
